Glow Global Signature Programs represent the community impact and youth-development arm of Voices Behind the Mask Media and Training LLC. Through literacy, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and compassionate outreach, these purpose-driven initiatives are designed to help children, young people, families, and communities grow, thrive, and create lasting change.

Our programs combine meaningful learning opportunities with practical community support. The Dream Big Young Legends Build-a-Book Literacy Workshop helps children develop their creativity, confidence, communication, and writing skills while guiding them through the process of becoming young authors. The Dream Teens Young Legends Leadership and Entrepreneurship Program is designed to equip teenagers with the confidence, purpose, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to make responsible decisions and positively influence their communities.

Glow Global also extends its mission through compassionate outreach initiatives. These include efforts to provide school lunches for students experiencing financial hardship at a selected high school in Jamaica, as well as the planned return of the Community based Christmas Treat for children and elderly residents that Dr. Foote started over 20 years ago.

Through every workshop, partnership, outreach effort, and community initiative, Glow Global seeks to create opportunities that inspire hope, strengthen potential, and provide practical pathways for growth. Our goal is not simply to offer programs, but to help individuals and communities go, grow, and glow in purpose.
